How to let your breakfast be healthy and full?
The answer is - Apple Salad ^^
You need:
Apple, Cherry Tomatoes, Grapes, Egg, Mayonnaise or Thousand Island (Measurement decide yourself, if you just do for your own, then it can be small portion)
Steps:
1. Cut the apple, grapes (without seed), and tomatoes into small pieces.
2. Boil the water
3. After the water is boiled, cook the egg in 5 minutes
4. When the egg is ready, cut it into quarters
5. Put everything into a large bowl
6. Squeeze some mayonnaise (thousand island is better for those who want to low your weight) into the bowl and mash them together
Your salad is ready :)
Well, as my English is not so good, so maybe I misused some of the words, but you know what I mean ;)
